1. Privacy Policy

1.1 Data Collection

Inspired Mile is designed with privacy as a core principle. Our AI features (including the Master Thespian battle system, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text) run entirely in your browser using WebGPU and WebAssembly. No conversation data, voice recordings, or AI interactions are transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the platform:

• Basic analytics (page views, anonymized usage patterns)
• Wallet addresses if you voluntarily connect a wallet for NFT features
• Email address if you voluntarily subscribe to updates

1.2 Local Storage

Your card inventory, game progress, and preferences are stored locally in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data will delete this information.

1.3 AI Model Data

AI models are downloaded once from public model repositories and cached in your browser. All inference (text generation, speech synthesis, speech recognition) happens locally on your device. No prompts, conversations, or audio data are sent to any server.

1.4 Third-Party Services

If you connect a third-party wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) or interact with blockchain networks, those interactions are governed by the respective third-party privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of third-party wallet providers or blockchain networks.

2. Digital Asset Disclaimers

2.1 Not a Cryptocurrency Creator

Voyage Tracable, LLC (DBA Inspired Mile) does not create, issue, or manage any cryptocurrency, token, or coin. We do not operate a token sale, initial coin offering (ICO), or any form of securities offering. The digital cards within our platform are digital collectibles (non-fungible tokens / NFTs) intended for entertainment and gameplay purposes only.

2.2 Not a Custodian

Voyage Tracable, LLC is not a custodian, trustee, or fiduciary of any user's digital assets, cryptocurrency, or NFTs. When you mint a card as an NFT, ownership and control of that asset transfers to your personal wallet. We do not hold, store, manage, or have access to your wallet, private keys, or on-chain assets.

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys
• Any transactions you initiate from your wallet
• Understanding the risks associated with blockchain transactions
• Complying with applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction

2.3 Nature of Digital Collectibles

Digital cards within Inspired Mile are collectible game items. When optionally minted as NFTs, they represent proof of ownership of a unique digital item on a public blockchain. They are not:

• Securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments
• Currency, stablecoins, or stores of value
• Guaranteed to hold, increase, or maintain any monetary value
• Redeemable for cash, fiat currency, or cryptocurrency from Voyage Tracable, LLC

2.4 No Investment Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets, including NFTs, are speculative and carry significant risk. Values can fluctuate dramatically and you may lose some or all of your purchase value. Consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions related to digital assets.

2.5 Blockchain Risks

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded by Voyage Tracable, LLC. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities or bugs
• Network congestion, delays, or failures
• Changes to blockchain protocols or consensus mechanisms
• Regulatory changes that may affect the legality or usability of digital assets
• Loss of access due to lost private keys or wallet credentials

2.6 Marketplace

Any marketplace features provided by Inspired Mile facilitate peer-to-peer transactions between users. Voyage Tracable, LLC acts as a platform provider only and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the completion, accuracy, or legality of any transaction conducted through the platform. Marketplace fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before each transaction.

3. Intellectual Property

The Inspired Mile brand, logo, card designs, AI character personas (including the "Master Thespian"), and original artwork are the property of Voyage Tracable, LLC. Shakespeare's original works are in the public domain.

Purchasing or earning a digital card grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display and use the card within the Inspired Mile platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Minting a card as an NFT grants ownership of the token but does not transfer copyright or commercial rights to the underlying artwork or content.

4. Terms of Use

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Inspired Mile platform. Users under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before interacting with any digital asset or NFT features. NFT minting, purchasing, and trading features require users to be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Manipulate or exploit game mechanics, marketplace pricing, or ranking systems
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform's systems

4.3 Limitation of Liability

The Inspired Mile platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyage Tracable, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, loss of data, or inability to access your cards or NFTs.

4.4 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
